COVID-19 We’re Open and Operational!

We’re sure you’re sick (pun intended) of COVID-19 news, but we thought it’d be appropriate to update you on the situation and it’s effects on Artisan Furniture.

Our Jaipur, India factory has been shut down temporarily because of a statewide lockdown, and will be remain so at least until the 29th of March. Hence, we are unable to receive any new shipments and replenish our stocks for the near future. However, we still have containers on the way and stock in our British warehouses – so there’s still plenty of furniture for you to buy for some home improvements, might as well considering you’ll be there most of the day!

We’re Open and Operational! 

This is to reassure you that we’re O & O, with only minor constraints. Our employees are working from home and hence we are unable to provide phone support for now, but we’ve increased the Email and Ticket system – your queries will continue to be answered 5 AM – 5 PM from Monday to Saturday

Further, thousands of pieces of stock remain in our warehouse and on the sea, even if our factory in India is currently closed due to a countrywide lockdown. We’re continuing to stay open to provide you with some much needed furniture while you’re spending more time at home – a comfortable home is a happy one. Our dispatches are working efficiently!

We’re aware that thousands of small businesses are dependent on our products and dropship program – rest assured we’re doing everything possible to live up to expectations. As a company, we’ll come out much stronger on the other side. Just like all of you.
