About Our Deliveries
Artisan Furniture is the trading name for Global Vision Direct Limited, registered in the UK at Global Vision Direct Ltd T/A Artisan Furniture

All our products are handcrafted in our own factory in Jaipur, India, which is B Corp certified, GMP compliant, and SMETA-audited. From there, they are shipped and processed through our Ipswich fulfilment centre for UK deliveries.
We partner with DHL for all small parcel deliveries, both within the UK and internationally.
Free Delivery Across the UK Mainland
We offer free delivery across most of the UK mainland.
- There are no restrictions on minimum order quantity or order value.
- Free delivery applies on the first attempted delivery.
Delivery Surcharges
While the majority of UK deliveries are free, certain extended areas are subject to a surcharge due to higher logistics costs.
- Surcharges apply per parcel in the order.
- Once you enter your delivery postcode at checkout, the system automatically calculates whether a surcharge applies.
- Deliveries are managed Monday to Friday only.
- Specific days or timed deliveries cannot be scheduled.

In addition to UK deliveries, we can also arrange the delivery of standard parcels across Europe and many countries worldwide. Surcharges vary depending on destination, product profile, and courier network.
