- Controller for B2B partner data.
- Processor for end-customer delivery data (supplied by B2B clients).

- B2B Trade Customers: name, business details, role, login credentials, payment details, communications, and usage logs.
- End Customers (delivery only): name, delivery address, postcode, phone, and email — provided by B2B clients solely for fulfilment.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies (see Cookie Notice).
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor do we provide consumer-facing services.
4. Why We Use Data (Purposes)
We use personal data for:
- Order fulfilment & delivery (processing and shipping).
- B2B services (account management, ERP/ArtisanFlo access, inventory, APIs).
- Payments & invoicing (via secure gateways, e.g., PayPal).
- Customer support (including AI assistant “Flo”).
- Legal compliance (tax, contracts, audit obligations).
- Security & fraud prevention (system logs, monitoring).
We do not use end-customer data for marketing or profiling.

- Safeguards: Transfers use UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to EU SCCs. We also conduct Transfer Risk Assessments (TRA).
